Modelling before commitment
Four financial models test the position before any decision is made. Property Investment Analysis, Funding Analysis, Mortgage Scenario Analysis and Exit Strategy Analysis. Numbers come before narrative.
Ongoing review, not just transactions
A 15-step pathway across Review, Plan, Act and Ongoing Review. Advisors stay engaged with annual portfolio reviews and benchmarking. Property is held for decades, advice is provided across decades too.
