Richard brings more than three decades of leadership in financial services and property investment. He leads the ASPIRE Network with a focus on structure, standards and investor confidence. Under his direction, the network has built strong client relationships and sustainable growth, supported by a dedicated team committed to professional service.

National Acquisition Director

Nick leads ASPIRE's National Acquisitions team, identifying investment opportunities across Australia that align with each investor's brief. His background in property acquisitions and market analysis ensures every asset undergoes structured due diligence and negotiation before it reaches an investor's portfolio.

Chief Technology Officer

John leads ASPIRE's technology function. His team builds the data-driven tools and platforms that support advisors, investors and the wider network. Under his direction, ASPIRE continues to invest in property technology that improves transparency, supports informed decisions and enhances the experience for advisors and clients.

General Manager

Kim leads ASPIRE's operations team, managing the day-to-day functions of the network. Her focus on operational consistency ensures every part of the business runs to the same standard, supporting the advisors and clients who rely on the framework.

Ebonie leads the national acquisition buyers team and research analysts. Her team works directly with investor briefs from accredited advisors, sourcing, assessing and securing assets that meet the investor's strategy and ASPIRE's due diligence standards.

HR and Client Services Team Leader

Aniela heads ASPIRE's HR and Client Services teams, supporting both the people inside the network and the investors who engage with it. Her team's focus on consistent service standards ensures every interaction reflects the professionalism expected of a structured property advisor network.
