Inside ASPIRE
- Independent advisory framework
- Research-led due diligence
- National advisor network
- End to end client support
WHY ASPIRE EXISTS
Built to bring structure to an unregulated industry.
Most of the property investment industry is unregulated. Investors are often left navigating sales-led recommendations, undisclosed commissions and isolated property pitches with no underlying strategy.
ASPIRE was established in 2011 to bring discipline, transparency and accountability to the way property investment advice is delivered in Australia. The framework supports a national network of Accredited Property Advisors who work for the investor, never for vendors, builders, developers or marketers.
The framework. The advisor. The investor. One direction of accountability.

A documented framework, applied consistently.
Every step documented. Every decision accountable.
Independent by design
No commercial relationships with vendors, builders, developers or marketers. The advisor is engaged by the investor and accountable only to the investor.
Structured advisory process
A 15 step pathway from review through to ongoing portfolio guidance, applied consistently across every advisor in the network.
Research-led due diligence
Every property considered for the approved list is vetted by the ASPIRE acquisitions and research team before any advisor can recommend it.
Compliance-grade record keeping
A proprietary platform tracks every interaction, document and decision. Advice is transparent, auditable and aligned with professional standards.
The ASPIRE Difference
Two models. One direction of accountability.
Most property advice in Australia is sales-led. Compare the two models side by side.
Sales-led, conflicted, opaque.
Works for the vendor
The salesperson is paid by the developer or vendor. The recommendation is shaped by what they have to sell, not by what fits the investor.
Stock-driven recommendations
The investor is shown what's available on the salesperson's list, regardless of whether the asset suits their position, life stage or strategy.
Hidden or undisclosed fees
Commissions are baked into the price and rarely disclosed in writing. The investor often does not know who is being paid, or how much.
Confidence built on charm
Trust relies on the salesperson's manner rather than a documented, repeatable process the investor can scrutinise.
Independent, structured, transparent.
Works for the investor
The advisor is engaged by the investor and accountable only to the investor. No commercial relationships with vendors, builders, developers or marketers.
Curated, researched, approved list
Every property is vetted by the ASPIRE acquisitions and research team before any advisor can recommend it. The asset has to fit the investor, not the other way around.
Fees disclosed in writing
The engagement fee is fixed and disclosed up front. Any third-party fees are itemised in writing on the Expression of Interest before the investor signs.
Confidence built on process
Trust relies on a documented, repeatable 15 step pathway covering review, planning, due diligence, acquisition and ongoing review.
HOW THE ADVISORY PROCESS WORKS.
A structured 15 step pathway. Three phases investors feel.
Every advisor in the ASPIRE network follows the same documented process. The detail sits in 15 steps. The experience for the investor sits in three phases: understand the position, build the strategy, execute with discipline.

WHO ASPIRE SERVES
Built for investors at every life stage.
ASPIRE Accredited Advisors work with residential property investors across four broad life stages. The framework adapts to where you are now, and to where you are heading.
Foundation
Typically 21 to 35
Establishing the foundation
Building income, clarifying goals, and structuring the first investment property with discipline rather than instinct.
Focus: Strategy, structure, first acquisition.
Building
Typically 35 to 45
Growing with intent
Adding the second, third or fourth property with a clear plan around debt, cash flow and asset diversification.
Focus: Scale, debt structure, diversification.
Established
Typically 45 to 55
Refining and consolidating
Shaping the portfolio towards debt reduction, making strategic acquisitions and setting up a passive income stream.
Focus: Review, restructure, optimise.
Pre-retirement
Typically 55 plus
Transitioning to income
Positioning the portfolio for income, intergenerational planning and a clear handover to the next stage of life.
Focus: Income, structure, succession.
Stages are indicative, not fixed. Many investors move between them. The role of the advisor is to identify where you are now, what is appropriate for your circumstances, and what a structured next step looks like.
